Amy Thayer, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Amy has spent nearly 20 years in dermatology, first in general and surgical dermatology starting in 2006, then as a Nurse Practitioner since 2015. She and Dr. Perschbacher have known and worked together for more than 15 years, so joining Perschbacher Dermatology wasn't a new partnership, it was a continuation of one.

She treats the full range of dermatologic concerns, acne, psoriasis, eczema, and beyond, with a particular focus on skin cancer detection and prevention. Her approach is simple: patients deserve options, not orders. She'll walk you through what's happening and why, then help you decide what's right for you, together.

Outside the office, Amy's usually found at a soccer field or a dance competition, keeping up with her husband and their four kids. Weekends often mean time out at the family's whitetail deer farm.
