Dr. Patricia Perschbacher
Dermatologist
Dr. Perschbacher has been practicing dermatology in St. Louis since 2005, with a particular focus on medical dermatology and catching skin cancer early. In 2024, she founded Perschbacher Dermatology to build the kind of independent practice she'd always wanted to work in, one where care doesn't get rushed and patients don't get lost in the shuffle. The practice has since grown to include additional providers, but the standard hasn't changed.
She earned her medical degree from Creighton University after undergrad at the College of Saint Benedict, then completed her dermatology residency at Mayo Clinic, where she received the A.C.E. Award for Attitude, Commitment, and Excellence. She's been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor every year since 2013.

Outside the office, she's especially proud these days of her two sons, her oldest who just started at University of Notre Dame, and her younger son who keeps her weekends full with sports. Home isn't complete without her dog, Chloe.
